當你提交企業服務申請、上傳合同或查詢進度時，我們可能收集公司名稱、董事或授權代表姓名、公司註冊資料、聯絡人姓名、電話、電郵、項目需求、合同金額、合同文件、使用記錄及為提供服務所必需的其他資料。
二、收集及使用目的
資料可能用於核對身份和申請、評估需求、準備報價及合同、提供服務、處理付款與交付、回覆查詢、維護安全、保存審計記錄，以及履行法律或監管義務。
三、資料最少化
初次申請階段不要求提供銀行賬戶。付款資料只應在服務範圍及正式付款安排確認後，透過經批准的方式另行處理。
四、資料保存與安全
申請資料保存在受控的服務器資料庫中；已簽合同保存在非公開文件目錄。公司應採取權限控制、加密傳輸、備份、日誌、漏洞修補及其他合理安全措施。任何互聯網系統均不能保證絕對安全。
五、資料披露
我們不會以出售個人資料為業務目的。為完成服務，資料可能在必要範圍內提供給受保密義務約束的技術、雲端、法律、會計、支付或其他服務供應商，或按法律要求提供給主管機關。
六、跨境處理
如服務器、雲端工具或供應商位於香港以外地區，資料可能跨境處理。公司應評估相關供應商及保護措施，並只在必要範圍內傳輸。
七、保存期限
資料將按服務、合同、會計、爭議處理及法律要求保存合理期間，期滿後刪除、匿名化或安全處理。正式期限應在公司內部資料保存政策中列明。
八、你的權利
在適用法律允許的範圍內，你可要求查閱、更正或停止某些資料使用。申請方式及資料保障聯絡電郵將在正式運營前補充。
九、Cookies 與本地儲存
網站可能使用必要的 Session Cookie 維持管理員登入，並使用瀏覽器本地儲存保存語言偏好。正式接入統計、廣告或第三方追蹤工具前，應更新本政策及所需的同意機制。

1. Information we collect
When you submit a service application, upload an agreement or track progress, we may collect company details, director or representative names, registration information, contact details, project requirements, contract amounts, contract files, usage records and other information necessary to provide the service.
2. Purposes
Information may be used to verify applications, assess requirements, prepare quotations and agreements, provide services, manage payment and delivery, respond to enquiries, maintain security and audit records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data minimization
Bank account details are not requested during the initial application. Payment details should be handled separately through approved channels after scope and payment arrangements are confirmed.
4. Storage and security
Application data is stored in a controlled server database and signed agreements are stored in a non-public file directory. Reasonable measures should include access control, encrypted transmission, backups, logs and security updates. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Disclosure
We do not operate a business of selling personal data. Information may be shared where necessary with confidential technology, cloud, legal, accounting, payment or other service providers, or with authorities where required by law.
6. Cross-border processing
Where servers, cloud tools or suppliers are outside Hong Kong, information may be processed across borders. The company should assess providers and safeguards and transfer only what is necessary.
7. Retention
Information is retained for a reasonable period based on service, contract, accounting, dispute and legal requirements, then deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of. Formal periods should be set out in an internal retention policy.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or restriction of certain uses. The formal request channel and data protection email will be added before production use.
9. Cookies and local storage
