1. AI and model outputs
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable due to data quality, bias, prompts, version changes, computing environments and changing market or business conditions. Qualified human review is required, and outputs should not be the sole basis for high-risk decisions.
2. Data and privacy
Clients must have the right to provide training, testing or processing data and should remove unnecessary personal, confidential or restricted information. Highly sensitive data should not be submitted without written confirmation.
3. Third-party models and cloud services
Third parties may change pricing, APIs, restrictions, regional availability, content policies or service levels, potentially causing adjustments, delays or additional cost.
4. Quantitative and research services
Research, backtests, text analysis and feature engineering do not predict future results. Historical, simulated or statistical relationships may fail and may involve overfitting, data leakage, execution cost and liquidity risk.
5. NFTs and digital collectibles
NFTs, digital collectibles and on-chain certificates do not inherently represent company equity, debt, income rights, physical ownership or regulated investments. Rights are limited to the product description, licence and final agreement.

8. Wallets and keys
Clients must protect wallets, private keys, seed phrases and authentication devices. The service provider should never request a complete private key or seed phrase.

Rules for AI, data, digital assets, NFTs, securities, consumers and tax vary by jurisdiction and continue to change. Clients should obtain independent professional advice.
10. Client acknowledgement
Submitting an application does not mean the project has been accepted. The provider may refuse, limit or adjust scope for legal, compliance, technical, security or commercial reasons.
